In an airbrushed, auto-tuned era, the “stunning, infectious” (Billboard), “genre-bending” (BroadwayWorld), “indie rock fusion virtuoso” (New York Press) Natti Vogel “boasts an outrageous style like a classic American diva, but his vocals and composition soar higher than superstar pop music” (Information, Denmark).

Vogel’s debut, the orchestral, saucy Serving Body, was hailed by OUT, Keyboard Magazine, Huffington Post, the New York Post, and others as an inimitable and masterful must-listen. His viral music video Brown Rice, co-starring Matt Wilkas, was a nominee for Queerty’s Best Music Video of 2018, and PAPER Magazine included his song I Don’t Want to Find the One on its list of Top 100 Songs of 2018 alongside Beyoncé and Jay-Z.

International critics from Shanghai Magazine to the Global Times have noted both his R&B/classical/theatre chops and his magnetic connection with audiences, which through word of mouth alone has sold out venues from National Sawdust to 54 Below, as well as packed SoHo House solo concerts on both sides of the Atlantic.

During the pandemic, he crafted a new orchestral R&B album, pre-released in a limited three-week early listening period earlier this year to rave reviews and an average $50 donation per listener, in West Hollywood, where he was awarded the city’s performer-artist grant in 2021.

He made his London debut in a solo show at The Other Palace, directed by Tony-winner Frances Ruffelle, and sold out his Joe’s Pub headlining debut with an all-star chamber orchestra in 2023. In the past two months alone, he completed a month-long residency at Club Cumming and performed a headlining Saturday night set at Broadway cabaret venue The Green Room 42, titled “Highlights from the Hopefully Great, Mostly American Natti Vogel Songbook,” featuring duets with artists across classical, pop, and musical theatre.

His original song “I Want My Flaws Back” will feature in the world premiere three-week run of I Can Die Too, co-written by Alan Cumming and premiering at Pitlochry Festival Theatre in Scotland this July. His orchestral R&B album nomiabadi will be released late this summer, and he is already producing its follow-up, an epic cinematic narrative album titled honestly, it was nothing, set for release in 2027.
